ViewMyChain launches new split chain view for estate agents

ViewMyChain has launched a new feature that will provide estate agents with full visibility of “split chains” in their property transactions.

The chain management tool’s new feature allows agents to view the entire chain — including any splits — on a single screen. And for Reapit customers, it means viewing it directly within their CRM.

The aim is to help agents easily spot potential delays within a chain, allowing them to take proactive measures to prevent setbacks.

Automatically populated, real-time updates and notifications keep agents informed of changes in the chain without having to rely on calls and updates from other parties.

Paul Halliwell, executive director at ViewMyChain, commented: “This new feature promises to shift the way estate agents manage complex property chains. Rather than reacting to the fait accompli of a chain collapse, agents are now better positioned to intervene and take preventative action to counter issues as they arise.”

Hi Bless You, ViewMyChain has an extensive list of data partnerships with some of the largest data owners in the industry, including CRMs, Conveyancers, Search providers as well as Mortgage providers. As the data becomes available in each of these partners’ systems, it automatically reflects in the ViewMyChain tool. List of partners can be viewed in this doc: https://bit.ly/ViewMyChain_EstateAgentBrochure

thanks for this. Building apps now, and that is impressive, actually getting third parties to give you data.
