Try this valuation quiz (it might be harder than you think)

Here is something to try over a coffee break.

It’s a quiz from our friends at Fine & Country – and although it looks straightforward enough, it is quite remarkably hard to guess the price of a property when you have no idea where it is.

EYE scored a shameful 30%.

See how you get on here

F&C you score 0 out of 10 for this one.

Impossible to make even a sensible guess.

Must try harder next time F&C

50% not bad considering you have no clue where they are!

Some of them have clues to where they are, no? One says it’s on the Gower Peninsular.

I should add, I did shockingly regardless even of those hints, lol.

Offside ref!  “offers over £2,500,000”   isn’t a valuation, that is testing the market

I took a glance at the first one and gave up.

Anyone can make a blind stab at the price(s) but only professionals can make a reasoned estimate.

So how much do amateurs charge to sell a house these days ?

    Oh !  FYI

Purple Bricks share price now £1.08

        No  I’m rubbish at that,

If you  drag  a  saved photo onto  Google images search bar, Google will give  you all the instances of the photo on the internet.

That’s how we identified one dodgy agent creating false listing using Savills photos and  also agents who rip of another agent’s listings.
