The lettings agent support service from Touchstone has undergone a rebrand to make clear its range of services.
It will now be called Touchstone Agent Solutions, rather than Back Office Solutions.
The firm, which sold its Touchstone Residential Lettings branch network to Connells last year, provides services such as property management, rent collection and reviews, and has been operating for 30 years.
It also offers compliance, administration, client accounting and credit control services for agents.
Matthew Duckett, of Touchstone Agent Solutions, said: “The private rental sector is growing at an incredible pace and we want to support letting agents through these changing times.
“It was time for a new fresh look for our service and to remind agents of the variety of solutions we offer to support their business.”
