Top speakers lined up for next week’s NALS conference

This month’s National Approved Lettings Scheme (NALS) annual conference has once again attracted a line-up of top speakers.

Held on November 13, the event – whose theme this year is “Agents on the line, online, offline and frontline” – will scrutinise changes in the private rented sector.

Delegates will hear first-hand from the Government as to its plans and proposals for the PRS with a speaker from the Department for Communities and Local Government.

The Home Office will be presenting details of its upcoming Immigration Act pilot in the west midlands which launches on December 1.

Agents’ Mutual boss Ian Springett will be sharing his thoughts ahead of the official launch of OnTheMarket early next year.

Other speakers include Vanessa Warwick, of Property Tribes and Eye; Terence Fane-Saunders, whose expertise is in brand and reputation management; and John Paul of letting agent CastleDene Group, who will share his personal business story, and how he ended up featured in C4’s documentary “Britain’s Benefits Tenants”.

Isobel Thomson, CEO of NALS, said: “We have a terrific line-up of speakers that has been carefully put together to add value to all our delegates.

“It promises to be an enjoyable, informative and must-attend event for the industry and for all professionals looking to get ahead in the lettings sector.”
