The Property Academy has once again launched its survey to find the best suppliers to the industry, and it’s now open for all  agents to take part and vote.

Over 250 suppliers to the estate agency industry are in the running to win a Best EA Supplier Guide Award, ranging from sole traders to the largest providers for the sector, and the winners will be decided by votes from their estate agent customers.

Suppliers can check to see if they are already included in the survey, and if not, ask to be included by emailing peter@propertyacademy.co.uk

There are three size bands to allow businesses of all sizes to take part. Last year’s winners were JP Gardner Associates (Small), I AM Sold (Medium) and Relocation Agent Network (Large and Overall Winner).

The winners of each category receive a certificate and the overall winners are also presented with a trophy by EA Masters host Gabby Logan in front of 1,000 leading agents and industry suppliers at the EA Masters event at The InterContinental O2 London on October 12.

“The key fact for us is that we won based on the votes submitted by our members – for this reason it makes our win the highest honour we could achieve.

“The Best EA Supplier Guide Awards are a very clear and demonstrable confirmation of the quality of our network business model and our team management, which we have proudly promoted at every opportunity. Without doubt it has helped us to reach a wider audience within the UK property industry.”

Suppliers can encourage their customers to vote, and the top 20% of suppliers, as voted for by their estate agent customers, will be classified as Highly Rated, Excellent, and for the top 5% Exceptional, and listed on the Property Academy website.

Last year, over 6,000 votes were cast by estate and letting agents. The survey closes at 5pm on Friday, July 27.
