Sarah Hemming, Roger Hemming and their company Tinyfees.com have all been given warning orders by the industry regulator.

The three names are now listed on the public register of agents banned or warned.

A spokesperson for the National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team said the warning orders had been served in respect of failing to join an approved redress scheme.
