The Propertymark Trust’s PropX event raises over £40,000 for charity

The Propertymark Trust’s first-ever PropX event, held at Millennium Point in Birmingham last week, has raised more than £40,00 for charity.

The TED-style conference, which attracted a number of agents, featured a series of 20-minute talks designed to educate, entertain, and ignite conversation.

The overarching theme of the day was mental wellbeing, with several speakers courageously sharing their personal experiences of navigating challenging times and the lessons learned along the way.
A variety of talks also focused on key business areas, including marketing and the ever-growing importance of social media within the property sector.
Lauren Scott-Simpson, chair of The Propertymark Trust, commented: “I simply cannot thank everyone enough for what was a truly incredible day, especially delegates who helped raise what is a truly astonishing sum of money that will enable the Trust to continue to directly support people and projects that truly matter and make a positive difference.
“We are extremely humbled by those who contributed to the Trust on the day, but most importantly, extremely honoured to work with those who we directly support.”
