Agents will now be able to access professionals for services such as energy performance certificate (EPC) assessments.

The House Shop, which lets agents list for free alongside paying home owners and landlords, has teamed up with home services marketplace Plentific to give users access to tradesmen for hundreds of jobs.

Sebastien Goldenberg, co-founder of The House Shop, said: “Our new partnership with Plentific allows us to quickly launch a comprehensive range of services to support our rapidly growing landlord community with property repair, maintenance issues and a number of other essential landlord services.

“Plentific’s on-demand booking service is a perfect solution for our landlords who need to quickly sort tenant issues.”

Stephen Jury, marketing lead at Plentific, which offers a similar service through Zoopla, said: “Our approved tradesmen and trade professionals are now able to claim jobs booked via The House Shop site.

“We have integrated into The House Shop’s customer experience with our fully interactive white label solution which utilises all of our platform’s features.”
