The Guild to host social media strategy webinar today

The Guild of Property Professionals is hosting a webinar for its members this morning at 11am, aimed at helping estate agents sharpen their social media strategies for 2026.

Led by Sophie Davies, head of social media at The Guild, the session will seek to provide practical insights on boosting online presence, maximising exposure, and positioning agents as trusted local property experts.

The Guild says Davies will share actionable tips on prioritising content across platforms to drive engagement, generate leads, and strengthen brand authority. The webinar will also highlight emerging trends in social media marketing and offer guidance on how agents can adapt to the evolving digital landscape to stay ahead of the competition.

“Social media has become one of the most powerful tools for estate agents to build trust, visibility, and connection with their audience,” said Davies. “As we move into 2026, it’s not just about posting regularly, it’s about creating strategic, meaningful content that resonates with your community, showcases your expertise, and drives measurable business results. This webinar will equip our Members with the knowledge and confidence to make social media a central part of their marketing success.”

Social media strategies are increasingly vital in the property sector, offering estate agents opportunities to:

+ Increase reach and lead generation: Connect with a vast, targeted audience, as many homebuyers begin their search online.

+ Enhance brand visibility and authority: Build reputation and establish credibility as a local market expert.

+ Engage customers effectively: Foster two-way communication to build stronger relationships and gain valuable feedback.

+ Showcase properties visually: Use platforms like Instagram and Facebook to highlight listings with eye-catching imagery, videos, and virtual tours.

+ Leverage data-driven insights: Utilise analytics tools to refine content strategies and measure success.

Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, commented: “At The Guild, we’re committed to helping our Members thrive in an ever changing and competitive sector. This webinar is another example of how we’re supporting our network with practical training, expert insights, and the tools they need to stay ahead of the competition.”

“A strong social media strategy isn’t just optional anymore, it’s essential to building trust, generating leads, and maintaining a strong local presence,” he added.

The webinar is free for all Guild Members and will include a live Q&A session, allowing attendees to ask specific questions and gain tailored advice from Sophie Davies.
