The Guild hits the road with 11 region member tour

The Guild of Property Professionals is hitting the road with a month-long tour to meet network members across the country.

The roadshows start at Lingfield Park in Surrey this week and will later visit London and Cambridge.

Other locations on the tour include Exeter, Southampton, Bristol, Birmingham, Lincoln, Haydock, Yorkshire and Newcastle.

Dubbed ‘Who Dares Wins,’ the Guild is looking to provide practical tips and inspiration to enhance its independent estate agency businesses and to make them stand out from the competition.

Network members will get a national market update from Guild chief executive Iain McKenzie, as well as local statistics and sessions on compliance, sales, conveyancing, social media and recruiting staff.

McKenzie said: “The team is looking forward to hitting the road once again to meet and train Guild members around the country.

“We have a fantastic line up this season, with sessions on compliance, retaining staff, customer service, winning instructions, and much more.”

Guild members can book their place on their local roadshow by calling 020 7079 4141 or emailing parklane@guildproperty.co.uk.

This news is tremendous, it comes at a time when the industry is seeing how the ‘mighty’ corporate agencies are falling!! Countrywide, Humbert’s & even Foxton’s are posting record losses. Who said the independent estate agents are dead??

The Guild lost ALL credibility when they teamed up with EasyProperty.

I was a member when they were going to actively promote the benefits of REAL Estate Agents and the shortcomings of online offerings. I’m no longer a member and monthly membership fee has been diverted elsewhere with significantly better results/benefits.
