The Guild celebrates milestone 150th episode of podcast

Paul Offley

The Guild of Property Professionals’ weekly compliance video series, Cornflakes and Compliance, has reached its 150th episode.

Hosted by Paul Offley, The Guild’s compliance officer, the podcast has provided Guild members with practical insights and updates on key industry regulations.

Each week, Offley tackles a range of compliance topics which includes the latest legislation such as the Renters’ Rights Act and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, to best practice advice and answers to questions sent in from agents that are members of the Guild.

“Reaching 150 episodes is a testament to both the importance of compliance and the wide variety of elements it involves, as well as the commitment of our network to staying informed,” said Offley. “Our goal has always been to make compliance less daunting and more practical for agents. I’m incredibly proud that Cornflakes and Compliance has become part of so many Members’ weekly routines.”

Every Wednesday morning, Guild members can look forward to a new episode in their inbox, packed with timely compliance tips and insights to help ensure their businesses continue to operate to the highest professional standards.

If members have missed an episode or wish to revisit a particular topic, the full Cornflakes and Compliance library is available to browse in the Guild Members’ Hub, as well as through The Guild’s Learning Platform, providing convenient access to a wealth of compliance knowledge.

“The consistency and quality of Cornflakes and Compliance perfectly demonstrate the support and expertise available within The Guild network,” added Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals. “We’re delighted to celebrate this milestone and thank Paul for his continued dedication to keeping our Members informed and compliant.”
