The Acorn Group has expanded with the opening of a new office in Sevenoaks under its Langford Russell brand.
The new office, the Acorn Group’s 40th branch, will increase the company’s presence in Kent and forms an important part of the firm’s wider growth strategy, which has included the acquisition of several smaller independent agencies in recent years, in addition to the opening of new offices across London and Kent.
Langford Russell Sevenoaks, which will be the group’s flagship branch in Kent, is located in a prime high street.
The team will be led by area manager, Chris Salt, as well as branch boss, Paul Reid, who between them have over 40 years agency experience.
The new office will deliver a complete raft of services, from sales and lettings to land, commercial, new homes and financial services.
Reflecting on Acorn’s expansion plans, group CEO, Neil Louth, said “We have invested a tremendous amount of time, effort and money into perfecting the opening of our new branches. Community is at the heart of everything we do, so it’s vital that our teams are carefully selected to understand and immerse themselves in the area in which they work.
“Whether you’re a seller in Blackheath, a developer building in Bromley or a buyer looking for their perfect Sevenoaks home, our team work collaboratively to support the individual needs of each client at every step of their property journey.”
The group’s recently formed acquisition team, headed by main board directors, Paul Deveney and Hector Stavrinidis, continue to seek suitable acquisitions for the next phase of expansion.
