My daughter’s experience of letting agents in Leeds has been appalling. 30 enquiries. 5 responses. 2 viewings. No feedback. Just told the flats had been let. She’s homeless in 3 weeks and her mental health is very worrying. If I treated my clients that way I’d be out of business!

What an appalling, shameful comment. She has just graduated with a First despite suffering from CPTSD. The issue is being treated like **** by useless letting agents, not her.
