Surprise as key figure at Connells quits after more than 30 years

A key figure at Connells has left after over 30 years with the company.

Regional managing director Tim Wardley was a member of the Connells Residential board.

He started his career with Connells in Kingsthorpe, Northampton, and was promoted rapidly through the ranks.

Last November Connells Group announced a restructure which involved three major promotions: Ian Fry and Giles Hart were both promoted into the newly created roles operational operations directors, and Simon Arnes was made group estate agency operations director.

All three came from the Connells Group business, Sequence.

A spokesperson told us: “Tim Wardley has chosen to leave Connells Residential and move on to a new challenge.  We’d like to thank him for his valuable contribution over his 30 years’ service with us.”

What a HUGE loss to Connells! Tim was a dedicated senior member of the team and will be sadly missed.

Job for the boy’s springs to mind.
