Strutt & Parker has made two senior appointments to its Cambridge office: Lawrence Brown as Director and Head of Residential sales and Becky Eeles, Associate Director, and Head of Residential lettings.
Brown joins Strutt & Parker with almost 20 years in the industry including 10 years at Chestertons where he was Area Director for Prime Central London and responsible for driving significant revenue growth for 11 offices covering the capital’s most prestigious neighbourhoods.
Eeles brings over 10 years of lettings experience to Strutt & Parker. She joins from Cambridge agency Redmayne Arnold & Harris, where she spent nearly five years.
Simon Roberts, regional director at Strutt & Parker, comments: “Lawrence’s track record in building successful teams and growing market share stands him in good stead to lead our Cambridge residential agency team from strength to strength. Supported by Becky in generating new business with landlords and tenants, vendors and buyers, across what is an incredibly diverse and globally recognised city, I’m confident they will continue to provide a first-class service to new and existing clients.”
The appointments to the Cambridge office are the most recent in a series of new hires for Strutt & Parker. David Law and Judy Shields recently joined the Edinburgh office, while Alexander Millett was appointed the Head of Private Clients for BNP Paribas Real Estate and Strutt & Parker, based in London.
