Spicerhaart rewards top achievers with all-expenses paid trip to France

The top performers at Spicerhaart recently returned from a four day all-expenses paid trip to Morzine in France,

The 70-strong group enjoyed four days in the Alps, including two days of skiing for those who were keen, with lessons for beginners. More advanced skiers had the chance to explore the vast skiing region led by national operations director and avid skier, John Phillips.

The après-ski was a major part of the trip, giving people the chance to let their hair down, meet colleagues and socialise in a relaxed atmosphere, away from the office.

Rosie Hadley, executive personal assistant to the senior managing director and one of the trip organisers, said: “The après-ski was one of the highlights of the trip. It meant everyone could come together, including those colleagues who chose not to ski, and really enjoy themselves.

“There was wonderful camaraderie shown by everyone – it was lovely to see people getting together and travelling abroad again, especially after the last two years.”

Tamara Davies, lettings customer relations manager added: “Skiing is a great leveler, and it was a wonderful opportunity to meet colleagues from diverse branches of the business and enjoy sport, banter, camaraderie, and general good fun.”

After an enforced break due to the pandemic, the annual Spicerhaart reward trips are back for good. The next trip will be to Ibiza in 2023.

Is this really news?? An excuse to take underpaid staff away as the bosses fancied a ski trip to cover up their affairs.
