Phil Spencer’s property platform Move iQ has joined the UKAA (UK Apartment Association), the membership organisation for the UK Build-to-Rent (BTR) sector.
Move iQ has already initiated a BTR series on its YouTube channel.
“We’re thrilled to share the benefits of Build-to-Rent with our audience,” said Spencer. “As this sector rapidly evolves and gains significance, it’s crucial that movers have access to essential information and resources.
“Simultaneously, Move iQ assists Build-to-Rent operators in showcasing their properties,” he added.
Move iQ’s latest podcast features UKAA CEO Brendan Geraghty and Spencer discussing Build-to-Rent communities and their role in the UK housing market.
Geraghty said he was “delighted” to welcome Move iQ as a member of the UKAA.
“Phil’s reputation for providing clear, practical advice for home movers means that he is in an excellent position to support knowledge sharing about the Build-to-Rent industry,” he said.
“Move iQ’s BTR tours will also provide unique glimpses into different providers’ developments.
“We very much look forward to working with Move iQ over the coming years as the BTR industry continues to grow and delight even more renters,” Geraghty added.
