Boards supplier Agency Express says that it supplied 7.2% more Sold boards in June than in May.
It also says that it supplied nearly 22% more For Sale signs.
Record bests, in both For Sale and Sold activity, were recorded in Yorkshire & Humberside, and also London.
There were also records set in listing activity in the central and south-east regions.
The very positive data comes after the British Bankers’ Association showed house purchase mortgage approvals falling for a fourth consecutive month.
Stephen Watson, managing director of Agency Express, said: “After a slowdown in May it is uplifting to see a boost in June.”
Not to mention a 100% increase advertising summer fetes.

I can confirm this for Crawley – latest board analysis in and since January the volume of boards overall is up 83%!
