The film which includes drone footage and is by North Shore Productions, shows off not just the property but the lifestyle that potentially goes with it.
The makers have cleverly ignored the temptation to add a voice-over, but the music is good and there is a clever sound track – literally – at the end.
The 16th-century Grade Two manor house with a private platform on the Ffestiniog railway is for sale with Walter Lloyd Jones.
The property, which has a self-contained wing, is in five acres in glorious countryside and is on at £795,000 – which might not get you so much as a broom cupboard in London.
This Welsh idyll has to be EYE’s idea of heaven.
So why are the current owners leaving? “It was an escape to the country family dream and the children have now left home. Time for another adventure,” they tell us.
Personalising a property in this way is not normally what agents recommend when selling, so we would be interested in your thoughts.
Beautiful film ‘telling the story’ so well….as PIE say…simply stunning. I want to live there after seeing this film!
I think OTM need to get this production company on board to produce a film advocating using its members ‘to sell your property’.

What an absolutely stunning video – so beautifully composed and shot.
It certainly shows off this wonderful property in the best possible light and illustrates an aspirational lifestyle.
Scientists have found that one minute of video has the same impact on the human brain as 1.8 million words of text. Imagine this video in text form – it wouldn’t have anything like the same impact!
A great advertisement for the power of video – bravo! to the production company.
I’m only left scratching my head as to why anyone would want to leave such a wonderful home and lifestyle!

Great human interest twist and excellent editing. Nicely done!
We find that time pressures to get our video marketing live is a big factor for us and our clients, so when we get John Joe Video to produce work they have to get the video capture and still photography done on day one and by day two the finished video has to be ready for uploading to all of the property portals, so a really pressurised performance (there is an example below).

It is a stunnng video and really captures the essence of the house and associated LIFESTYLE! I should know as I am one of their neighbours and am also living the dream! My view is that the estate agents are very wrong! Personalising is so right particularly when it comes to unique country properties where it is about lifestyle and not just the house. The world is changing fast and the old high street estate agent model, in my view, is on its way out, including some of their views and practices. I have just sold a country property with 50 Acres, waterfall, river and with fishing and shooting rights via Emoov an online estate agent for £500 vs £11000 the high street agent was charging me. They did not get me a sale in 8 months but Emoov did in only 8 weeks and a much higher price and with far, far better service and no arrogance in sight! I also produced a full website about the property which potential buyers thought was great! After seeing this, next time I am going to produce a video too! With what I will be saving on traditional estate agent fees I will be able to afford to!
