Sheldon Bosley Knight Group has teamed up with flatfair to provide tenants and landlords with a deposit alternative solution.
Multiple brands under SBK, including the recently acquired Loveitts, will now offer flatfair’s no deposit solution across their UK branches.
Rebecca Dean, lettings director at Sheldon Bosley Knight, said: “The Sheldon Bosley Knight Group is delighted to be working with flatfair, offering a deposit alternative to our valued landlords and tenants across all locations.
“Letting a property comes with lots of uncertainty for landlords, so we are always looking for ways in which we can improve our services and offerings to them, our clients, to ensure they are protected in every possible way when being a landlord.”
Dean added “For a tenant, choosing flatfair as a deposit alternative reduces upfront moving costs and gives the ability to move to a new home without having to find another five weeks deposits when they may already have a deposit locked into another tenancy.”
According to flatfair, no fewer than 65 agents and Build-to-Rent operators signed up to use its deposits platform last year. SBK joins an impressive roster of agencies, including Andrews, Spicer Haart, and Beals.
If a tenant doesn’t have a deposit and guarantor and I’m handing them a property worth hundreds of thousand then I’d rather not have them!
