Those who may not have seen this warning in our Arena section should be aware of a scam doing the rounds.
Thanks to ‘Ammik’ for the alert, after their office received the following email:
My name is sasha dixon, and I tried calling this morning and i left a message i did not get a response. My family own 10 properties in UK and we would like to see if you would be able to manage our property profile. Also we are looking to purchase more properties in the coming month. please call me to discuss on 07093090369.Thank you

As Ammik points out, the 070 number is an expensive one to call. So don’t fall for it.
I received that email. Because there was no attachment to open, I wasn’t sure it was a scam.
However, based on a bad gut feeling I decided not to call the number to find out more. Didn’t think about the expensive call bit!

We received the original email and have also received a further email requesting a callback to an “070” number with the sender name “John Winders”.
