Savills has retained its position as The Times Graduate Employer of Choice for Property for the 18th consecutive year, a position it has held since the category’s inception in 2007.
The awards reflect feedback from on campus interviews with over 14,000 final year students at the UK’s leading universities.
The firm also ranked 97th in the Times Top 100 of all companies, the only real estate company to feature.
James Sparrow, CEO of Savills UK and EMEA commented: “To retain this accolade for the past 18 years is an outstanding achievement. This is testament to the future talent team who work tirelessly year after year to provide a best in class programme, which is why we continue to attract the very best people to the business.”
Hebe Ballard, graduate recruitment manager in the future talent team, added: “At Savills our number one priority is to nurture and retain talent and to ensure that our graduates get the very best start to their career in real estate. The fact that this award is decided by students applying for the scheme is a real endorsement and reflects Savills passion for its people and their ongoing development.”
