Savills remains property’s Times Graduate Employer of Choice

Savills has retained its position as The Times Graduate Employer of Choice for Property for the 15th consecutive year, a position the firm has secured since the category’s inception in 2007.

The company also re-entered the Top 100 Graduate Employers list, placing 66th, the only property company to be ranked.

The awards, which were held via YouTube and presented by Martin Birchall from High Fliers, reflect feedback from on campus interviews with over 16,000 final year students.

Savills retained its number one ranking as The Times Graduate Employer of Choice for Property ahead of competitors including JLL and Knight Frank.

The firm also climbed up the Top 100 Graduate Employers list by 19 places to 66th, achieving its best ranking to date, after placing 85th last year.

James Sparrow, CEO of Savills UK and EMEA, said: “It is testament to the hard work and dedication of the team that we have once again received this prestigious and highly valued award. Despite a challenging year, it is fantastic to see the Savills graduate programme continuing to attract the very best talent and I have no doubt that we will continue to climb the Top 100 list as a result.”

Stephanie Larner, graduate HR manager, added: “The team has worked hard to ensure that both students and Savills graduates obtain a breadth of experience to help kick start their careers in property. We have adapted our schemes to continue our commitment to supporting students entering the industry and have made sure that the Savills programmes we offer graduates provide a solid foundation for them to grow within the profession.

“Our priority is to nurture and retain talent and this award reflects the firm’s passion for its people and their ongoing development.”
