Rightmove is launching a new webinar for estate agents, focused on current market data and approaches to improving sales performance.

Titled ‘From Pitch to Profit: Competing on More Than Just Fee’, the session will be held live at 1pm on Friday 17th October and is available exclusively to Rightmove members.

The webinar will include three segments:

• Market Intelligence – A summary of October’s House Price Index and recent housing market trends.

• Expert Lens – A look at approaches agents can use to explain their fees and secure instructions.

• Agent Angle – Case studies on how property staging has affected time on market and sales outcomes.

The session is free to members and will not be recorded. Spaces are limited and registration is required.

Rightmove says the event is intended to provide practical information agents can apply to client conversations, particularly around communicating service value beyond pricing.
