Rex Software rolls out new tools to streamline how estate agents connect with buyers

Rex Software has launched Buyer Management, a new feature designed to help estate agents manage buyer interactions more efficiently.

Available from today, Buyer Management provides a single view of all buyer information related to each listing, aimed at supporting faster completions and more informed follow-ups.

The feature introduces a buyer-focused CRM interface that consolidates key data points – such as interest levels and viewing history – into accessible tables and workflows.

Buyer Management includes several new tools:

+ Listing Buyer Mode Table: Track and manage buyers at the individual listing level.

+ Contact Buyer Mode Table: View a buyer’s full engagement across multiple listings.

+ Dashboard Follow-ups: Manage and complete post-viewing follow-up tasks.

+ Contact Side Drawer: Take immediate actions such as recording feedback, sending emails, and booking appointments.
