Prime London firm Harrods Estates is to continue a scheme which gives buyers, sellers and landlords Harrods rewards points that could be worth up to £10,000.
The firm, a subsidiary of the world famous store, started the scheme as a six-month trial, offering between 100,000 to 1m Harrods rewards point to buyers, and also to sellers and buyers on a sole instruction basis.
For properties worth up to £2m bought or sold, 100,000 reward points are given. For properties between £2m and £5m, there are 500,000 reward points. And for homes worth £5m or more, there are 1m points.
Landlords can also get points, based on the weekly rent.
Every 500 points equals £5 to spend at Harrods.
The scheme was initially designed to run from January 1 to June 30, but Harrods Estates plans to continue with it.
