Reviews site allAgents names the ‘best individuals working in estate agency’

Review website allAgents has announced the results of its seventh Annual People Awards, saying that these are the results of customer ratings and reviews received between May last year and April this year.

It said that this year over 60,000 individuals who were tagged in a review were automatically entered.

Those individuals have been divided into men and women.

Martin McKenzie, a director at allAgents, said: “It’s the people that make the industry the way it is, and it’s only fair that the ones who excel in their field are recognised with this accolade.

“Without these customer experience awards, it would be difficult to separate the best from the rest.

“Now both prospective customers and prospective employers have a means to finding the right people to work with.’’

As previously, allAgents is presenting its awards digitally and distinguishes between male and female winners.

Certificates and high-resolution awards can be downloaded by the winners from the website.

    What? No yawn-inducing conference/seminar/motivational b*llsh*t/swankydinner/supplierfest?

Never thought I’d say it of them, but well done allagents.

Amazing that of the thousands of people working in agency, Harringtons have half of the best ones.

Interesting reviews on one of the agents noted above:

“Ignore the 5* reviews, these are only given in return for a £30 reduction in fees (at the start of the tenancy) via a code which is only available once through AllAgents so unless you’re savvy it’s impossible to make an honest review at the end of the tenancy.”

Don’t understand this.  We have number of 5 star reviews and haven’t given anyone any money.

That’s the downside of reviews sadly; people can write what they want, either positive or negative.

To me it highlights that they are not an effective metric unless they are verified customers.
