EYE’s new ‘Review of the Week’ series (entries welcome!) is intended to feature amusing, off-beat and sometimes completely unbelievable reviews and ratings.

But of course we’re also open to being sent reviews which genuinely praise an individual or a firm for going that extra mile.

And we find that is almost exactly what estate agency Butters John Bee have been doing since March.

The firm’s new tradition is ‘feefo Friday’.

Each Friday, from its reviews on the feefo site, the favourites are chosen and posted up on Facebook.

This is followed up with an internal email to congratulate the worthy winners – the current ones are Rebekka Storey, lettings, and Lauren Ellison, residential.

We’re told it creates a great buzz among staff and of course recognises great customer service.

We think it’s a terrific idea.
