The Association for Rental Living (ARL), representing institutionally backed, professionally managed purpose-built rental sectors, has announced a new tech-focused event for 2026.
The inaugural Rental Living Tech Conference will be held in London on the morning of 7 May 2026. It will bring together industry professionals for discussions, demonstrations, and networking focused on technology’s role in rental living.
While ARL’s annual events already feature technology sessions, this conference will give tech a dedicated platform, covering topics including digital operations, AI, data analytics, connectivity, sustainability, smart buildings, IoT, cybersecurity, and resident-facing digital services. Panels will also explore regulation, technology adoption, and AI ethics, with opportunities for networking and collaboration.
According to organisers, this event will gather PropTech innovators, operators, investors, and digital service providers. It aims to provide practical insights into how technology is being applied across the rental sector, from operational management to resident experience.
Brendan Geraghty, CEO, the Association for Rental Living, commented: “Technology plays a core role in all aspects of rental living, with innovative, agile solutions levelling up everything from maintenance services to customer experiences. It has become so fundamental to delivery that it’s time to give tech a stage of its own – at the inaugural Rental Living Tech Conference this May.”
