Relocation Agent Network has entered a new partnership with HBB Solutions, the part exchange, chain repair and guaranteed purchase specialist.

In future any properties that HBB Solutions purchase directly from customers will now be sold using a Relocation Agent Network member.

Network estate agents can now prevent broken property market chains by purchasing homes within that chain.

The new partnership also supports customers who are buying new homes, as well as property builders, through a part-exchange scheme that allows HBB Solutions to buy the customer’s old home.

Director, Relocation Agent Network, Mark Westcott said:  “We’re thrilled to partner with HBB Solutions and so pleased that it means we can now potentially offer our members additional properties to sell as well as access to a part exchange/chain repair service for customers of our Network members.
