Relocation Agent Network has launched its 2015 referral prize draw to its member estate agents.

The competition’s top prizes are two cheques for £5,000 each, the winners of which will be announced at Relocation Agent Network’s national conference in November.

Throughout the year, the competition also allows individuals to win weekly, fortnightly and monthly prize draws, and one lucky estate agency office will be given a cash prize of £500.

Introduced in 2006, the competition rewards individual performance in terms of referrals made in each Network member office.

The premise is very simple – when an agent is instructed to sell a property in, for example, Bristol, for a family moving to Newcastle, the selling agent passes on the buyer lead.

This year’s competition was launched on January 1, with the first winner drawn at the beginning of February and then every month to November.
