Regional agency expands new homes department after winning over £90m of business

A regional agency is expanding its new homes department after winning instructions on over £90m of new-build properties this year.

Nicola Osborne joins Bradley Hall, in the north-east, as corporate client director following stints at Sanderson Young, Knight Frank and Grainger. She is joined by Kathryn Kent, who has been promoted from her role as branch manager at Bradley Hall to new homes manager.

Osborne said: “I am delighted to be joining the Bradley Hall team at an exciting time for the firm. The ambitious growth strategy has ensured that the company has become one of the leading full-service agencies in the region.

“I am proud to introduce my longstanding clients and business contacts to the firm and its expert team. The Bradley Hall service is outstanding, and I look forward to supporting their ‘field to finish’ approach for developer clients of all sizes.”

Osborne was previously corporate client director for ten years at Sanderson Young – which as Eye reported on Monday was bought out of administration

Bradley Hall had tried to purchase Sanderson Young, but its bid did not succeed and the company was purchased by a company solely owned by the wife of managing director Duncan Young.

Neil Hart, group managing director of Bradley Hall, said: “Nicola is an excellent addition to the Bradley Hall team. Her professional experience will further bolster the growth of our dedicated new homes division as we move closer to becoming the market leader in our field.

“Kathryn has been an integral member of the Bradley Hall team and has proven to be a great branch manager who has provided an outstanding service to our clients. She will now apply her regional knowledge and experience to a new role within the specialist new homes team.”
