With new guidance issued on the disclosure of referral fees, NAEA boss Mark Hayward last week led an informative webinar on the subject, open to all agents and not just NAEA members.
The guidance, from the National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team, has been released in the context of the Government warning that the industry has a year to get its act together or there will be an outright ban on referral fees.
