Reeds Rains branch taken over by manager through LSL re-sales scheme

Jack Ford

Jack Ford, Reeds Rains Evesham’s manager for over 14 years, has taken ownership of the branch through LSL Estate Agency Franchising’s Re-Sales Programme. The scheme helps existing franchise partners find buyers when they plan to retire or move on.

Ford, who progressed through the ranks at the branch, will continue to manage operations and maintain relationships with local landlords and customers.

Ford commented: “For the past 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping so many wonderful people buy, sell, rent, and find their perfect homes in our amazing community. Along the way, I’ve built meaningful and strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and local businesses and I’m incredibly grateful for the trust and support you’ve shown me over the years.

“Now, as the new owner, I’m beyond excited to take this next step. My promise remains the same: to deliver the highest level of service, local expertise, and dedication to each and every person who enlists their trust to move with us.

“Here’s to a new chapter for Reeds Rains Evesham and to continuing to help our community move forward. If you’re thinking of buying, selling, renting, or simply fancy advice about the local property market, pop in and say hello, the kettle is always on!”

Reeds Rains franchising partnerships director, Lee Carratt, commented “It is great to see Jack take ownership of the Reeds Rains Evesham branch. The Re-sales Programme is an initiative designed to provide accessibility and further opportunities to take up franchise ownership with LSL as well as enable existing franchise partners to find a trusted seller. I would like to wish Jack and his team at Reeds Rains Evesham the best of luck, and I look forward to working with them again in future.”
