Our client is a well-established and prominent independent estate & lettings agency, situated in South Manchester/Cheshire and enjoying an enviable reputation in the market place.
They are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join this established team and manage all aspects of a growing portfolio.
- Respond to landlord and tennant queries
- Log maintenance issues and organise contractors to conduct works needed in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct inventories and inspections
- Rent collection, arrears and payments to landlords
- Maintain management files
- Ensure gas safety certificates are up to date
- Issuing section notices when required
- Registering deposits and deposit negotiation
- Check outs and tenancy agreements
- Ensuring the company is complying with legislation and keeping abreast of changes and implementing these when required
Candidate requirements:
- Previous experience in property management essential
- An uncompromising commitment to deliver first class customer service
- Highly organised with the ability to work at a fast pace.
- Excellent IT skills
- Full UK driving licence
Basic salary £18,000 + bonus. Mon-Fri role with a Saturday on rota.
