OTE: Uncapped £45,000+
Our client is a leading property investment company that specialise in investment opportunities in the UK, overseas, student and hotel arena.
They are looking for an experienced Investment Sales Consultant to join their existing sales team to concentrate on the UK market due to increased activity.
The successful candidate will be energetic, a proven sales professional with excellent client facing skills who works well as part of a team but is capable of leading by example.
They will be a proactive self-starter with a sharp business brain and possess an assertive yet persuasive style. Their business ethics will be beyond reproach. Previous experience of working in the property market is essential.
Key skills required:
- Confident, articulate, self-starter.
- Experienced property sales background with proven ability.
- Strong understanding of the investment property market.
- High activity rate with excellent lead management skills.
- Excellent and proven consultative sales and closing skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Very client and partner aware.
- Good presentation and reporting skills, both verbally & visually.
- Highly organised, hardworking, ability to multi-task in changing market conditions.
- Ability to handle accurate sales data and reporting to higher management.
Package:
- Basic £18,000 – £20,000
- OTE £45,000 + (uncapped)
