Our client is a leading furnishings specialist offering a bespoke and impressive service across the property industry for Landlords, Developers and Student accommodation.
The company is expanding due to growth and development and they are looking to recruit a Field Sales Manager to form an integral part of the team.
The ideal candidate will come from a property background as knowledge of the working practices of the industry will be greatly beneficial in this role.
The Role:
- Generate new enquires from Landlords, Developers, Student Accommodation providers and develop referrals from Estate & Lettings Agents.
- Identify new opportunities and attend meeting with prospective companies.
- Open new accounts, develop existing accounts and focus on increased year on year sales
- Attend national property events with Directors
- Drive brand awareness across the country
- Close sales opportunities
- Liaise closely with Accounts, Stock, and Transport teams
Package
- Basic £20,000 – £22,000
- OTE £30,000+ (uncapped)
