Graduate Rural Practice Surveyor

Our client is an established independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, Land and Estate Agents, with offices across the North of the UK.

Due to continued success, we are now looking to recruit a Graduate Rural Practice Surveyor to undertake Estate Management and Rural Professional work, based at one of their busy North Yorkshire offices, but travelling across the North of the UK as and when required.

This position is ideally suited to a recent RICS accredited Surveying Graduate who is now keen to further develop their career and experience in preparation for RICS / CAAV exams, as on offer is an excellent mix of pre-qualification experience with full training and support being available.

The role will involve working directly with one of the Directors and offers a mix of challenging and rewarding management and professional work on behalf of private clients.

  • You must be a recent RICS accredited Surveying Graduate with the drive and determination to build a career in the sector.
  • A team player with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Must have a mix of professional interests including valuation, renewable, planning and development, landlord and tenant matters and management. A keen interest in agriculture and the countryside is also essential.
  • You must be highly motivated, self-assured and comfortable in using initiative.
  • Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
