Our client is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors with offices across West Yorkshire.
They are looking for a RICS Residential Valuer to be based in their Halifax branch and cover the West Yorkshire area.
Candidates must have previous experience of undertaking a wide range of residential valuation work, including carrying out Homebuyers Reports and Building Society Surveys.
The salary will depend on experience but will be £30,000 to £40,000, plus a car.
