Estate agency recruitment firm adds to WW1 tribute

Lloyd May, a specialist residential property recruitment company, is supporting the Tower of London poppy appeal by purchasing ceramic poppies every time it places a candidate.

Each poppy bought will join the others on display at the Tower, commemorating each person who died in action in the First World War.

In addition to buying poppies which cost £25 each, Lloyd May is donating a further £25 for all candidates placed up until November 11, when the display will be taken down from the Tower.

The poppies will then be delivered to each of the candidates.

In the event that the poppies run out due to high demand, the firm will donate £50 per candidate to the Tower of London poppy appeal and associated charities.

Richard May said: “This is our way of contributing to this amazing tribute and in doing so we hope to raise as much money and awareness as possible to a very worthy cause.”

The company specialises in placing mid to senior estate agents and property professionals across London and the home counties.
