Yes got the email yesterday. Binned it. Along with all branding.

Never have I wanted a business to fail as much as OTM – nasty, horrible, manipulative.

I hope all the agents in arrears walk away.

Not necessarily George, OTM have lost faith in their own customers by considering surrendering their business to the stock market. A portal created by agents, for agents is set to become a portal, owned by stockholders, with a board of directors who no longer take influence from the people it was made for… There’s a lot more money in stock investors.

Had my Rightmove rep in a few days ago, he reckons they spent about £50,000 a day on PPC during the voting period to make leads magically appear so this comes as no surprise . Makes you wonder exactly why they took Connells to court just before offering them shares and free listings and dropping the one other portal rule , within t the court case they could have been spending these volumes all year and not had a float or bust situation .

Was the rep there to announce their latest price increases?

That will have been all the member agents logging back on to remind themselves of what it looks like.
