Reapit agrees strategic partnership with Homesearch

Reapit has today announced a strategic partnership with property data specialist Homesearch, bringing a range of new tools to all its users.

The CRM provider for estate agents says that its users will gain access to Homesearch’s insight reports, unlocking property data for every agent.

The Homesearch Insight App will give agents access to property size, location and sale history; Market comparable sales (on and off market); local area statistics and trends; market status and listing history.

Agents can also opt for the Pro upgrade, which delivers even deeper insights, including 25m-plus property listing images, floorplans, advanced comparable reports, and surveyor data.

John Hennesy, director of partnerships at Reapit, commented: “At Reapit, we are constantly seeking ways to empower agents with the best tools in the industry. The integration of Homesearch’s data into our platform will provide agents with the insights they need, right at their fingertips, to help them make more informed decisions, win instructions, and close deals faster.”

The partnership also introduces Reapit Recontact, a bespoke version of Homesearch’s lead generation tool, designed specifically for Reapit users.

Recontact alerts agents when potential leads – whether a competitor’s client or a newly listed home – are ready to engage. Armed with full contact details, agents can swiftly act on these opportunities and reach out via their preferred channels, including WhatsApp.

Giles Ellwood, CEO of Homesearch, added: “This partnership with Reapit allows us to deliver our data where it is needed most-directly into the agent’s daily workflow. With Homesearch Insight Reports and Reapit Recontact, we’re giving agents the tools to prospect more effectively, win more business, and ultimately build stronger relationships with their clients.”
