Estate Agency All-Stars has re-branded as of this morning.
The firm, founded by Josh Rayner, has stopped recruiting newcomers to the industry and from today onwards will concentrate on training agents at all levels.
It will offer both classroom courses as well as a library of online Continuous Professional Development courses led by the likes of Julian O’Dell, Peter Chapman, Mike Day, Iain White and Stephen Brown.
Rayner said that he aims to license EAAS academies as a white-labelled product on a monthly subscription. He said it could sit on agents’ own websites on their career pages.
Rayner added that recruiting newcomers had not proved commercially viable. While there had been a number of successes, there had also been candidates who turned out to be time-wasters.
EAAS launched in 2013 and has since trained some 1,000 agents across the country.
