The January winner of the raterAgent letting agent of the month has been named as the Acton branch of LIFE Residential, in London.

Review site raterAgent, which launched last year in competition to allAgents, said the branch had been selected because of the quality, quantity and specific nature of its reviews.

raterAgent consistently makes the point that all of its reviews are checked and triple-checked, with fake reviews weeded out.

Nigel Carter, director at LIFE Residential, said: “With another four of our branches also making the top 20 in the country, it’s clear that LIFE Residential’s landlords are a very happy bunch.”

Regency Estate Agents in Bideford, Devon, were second overall for their lettings service in January and Stonehouse Estates in London N19 were third.
