RAN conference returns next week

The RAN Conference will take place at the Novotel London West on Thursday 11th December with the event’s headline sponsor, Street Group, set to be heavily involved in the event.

Street Group, the PropTech firm behind Street.co.uk and Spectre, will host a thought leadership session, VIP client hospitality, and joining RAN’s most influential networking opportunities.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to have Street Group headline this year’s RAN Conference,” said Simon Whale, director of RAN.

“Through both Street’s CRM and Spectre’s marketing suite, they’re a genuine force for change in the industry. Their team deeply understands the needs of independent agents, and we know our members will benefit hugely from their expertise on the day. They share our obsession with turning great ideas into commercial wins, which is exactly what this event is about. That’s why an increasing number of our members have taken up their product suite and we had lots of requests to hear more from them so it was a natural choice.”

Street Group will also lead a keynote session “The Future of Estate Agency – Smarter, Faster and Very Different” focused on lead management, prospecting, and building scalable, automated pipelines – featuring real examples of agents transforming their operations with the platform.

Heather Staff, co-founder at Street Group, added: “The RAN network represents some of the most forward-thinking and community-driven agents in the UK – those who thrive when equipped with the right technology and insight. We’re looking forward to connecting with members, sharing what’s next for Street and Spectre, and helping agents future-proof their businesses for 2026 and beyond.”

The rest of the day promises to cover a whole host of different sessions:

+ Why Trust Matters – how to remain relevant in an age of Ai Agency.

+ Dan Light – Conversation as a Craft – “The smartest people in the room aren’t the ones with the answers. They’re the ones still asking the right questions.”

+ Zoe Easton explaining why leads slip through the cracks, & how to fix the problem quickly.

+ Ben Beadle will be hosting a panel “The Politics of Housing” where We’ll be discussing all things politics in relation to housing with particular emphasis on the Renters Rights Bill and the little matter of the Budget.

+ The Road to Transaction Hell Is Paved With Good Intentions: Is “Digital Sale Readiness” the Answer to Our Property Prayers or Just Another Industry Myth?

+ Masters of the Market – Four multiple award winners share their thoughts on how to stand out from the crowd.

+ Jesper With-Fogstrup talking about Moneypenny’s unique culture.

+ And everyone’s favourite behavioural economist Roger Martin-Fagg with insight & plotting what 2026 might look like.

Then there’s the gala dinner by night, with Mock the Weeks Mark Simmon’s hosting, until finally passing the baton to DJ Dave Seed to see everyone into the wee small hours.
