Quick-buy operator joins forced with estate agency platform

Upstix has announced a strategic partnership with Flyp, a platform that enables estate agents compete for a sale.

In cases where Upstix cannot proceed with a sale due to factors such as the property falling outside of their buying parameters, an offer expiring, or survey-related price adjustments, Upstix will now connect sellers to Flyp.

This means sellers gain access to all of their best local estate agents at no extra cost, helping them sell their property quickly and at market value.

Fred Jones, chief operating officer at Upstix, said, “Partnering with Flyp allows us to offer a comprehensive solution to homeowners, addressing their unique needs and ensuring they have access to the optimal selling path, whether it’s through a direct cash offer or the competitive marketplace Flyp provides.”

Oliver Gershfield, co-founder of Flyp, added: “We’re excited to work with Upstix to give homeowners more control and options when selling their homes. By joining forces, we can help more sellers achieve a smooth and successful sale, whatever their priorities might be.”
