The Simon Miller Group in Kent and East Sussex has four reasons for celebration this month.

Headquartered in the County Town of Maidstone, with 13 offices across the region, the firm has announced the opening of their newly relocated sales office in the former Caffe Nero premises in the heart of the town.

Secondly, they have reached the 20-year anniversary of trading in the town, which reinforces their belief in High Street locations, essential to their success and enduring popularity.

Third is the milestone 20th and 30th year respectively that Simon Miller has been working with colleagues Gavin Curd and Tony Haskins

The final milestone is that 2022 marks the 40th year Simon Miller himself started in Estate Agency.

Speaking of all four accomplishments, Simon Miller said:
