Experienced lettings specialist Kelly-Anne Flynn has returned to Spicerhaart in the role of operations director for lettings after a brief stint at Purplebricks.

Flynn first joined Spicerhaart in 2006 as a lettings assistant with Darlows, part of the spicerhaart group, in Merthyr Tydfil during her summer break at university whilst studying Law at University.

She opted to leave her position as area director at Spicerhaart in July last year to join Purplebricks as divisional lettings director – lettings & property management: London, South & Wales. She left her position a few weeks ago, having agreed to rejoin Spicerhaart.

Flynn said: “Much of my personal growth and development has been during my time at Spicerhaart, with its industry-leading training and development and I believe this is a fantastic opportunity to utilise my strengths, add value, make a difference and give back to the business that provided me with so many opportunities throughout my career.”

Satwant Basi, letting managing director for Spicerhaart, commented: “Kelly-Anne brings with her a wealth of knowledge, and her approach which centres around people and process.

“Understanding both residential lettings and property management is key as is the ability to work collaboratively to get the best results for all. Understanding what great looks like will no doubt help steer the business forward to our goal of 50,000 units.”

Update: We have been asked to make clear that Flynn’s contract with Purplebricks ended last March.

Don’t worry Kelly-Anne, for Spicer’s to take you straight back shows the Purple’s never deserved to have you, and you learnt the the grass isn’t always green on the other side.

Its true that  the SHG to take people back when one had broken that cord is a difficult thing- so they must have missed and rated Kerry greatly.

Its sad that so many people have been sold false promises by various recruiters in regards to this specific company and others .Some great careers cruelly ruined as we enter difficult waters.

Another one who has failed to update their Landlords’ legal advice page that is still more than 2 years behind fundamental legal updates.

Hard to believe she presided over massive losses owing to Lettings’ negligence, I know.
