The Propertymark Trust has announced that it will offer a new round of bursaries to support individuals seeking Propertymark qualifications.
The Trust provides educational grants for those unable to cover the costs of qualifications, including learning materials, membership, and examination fees. Following last year’s Class of 25 initiative, a limited number of scholarship bursaries—covering up to 100% of costs—will be available for applicants in 2026.
Applicants are required to complete a form explaining why they wish to pursue a Level 3 qualification in sales, lettings, or property management. Applications for the first tranche must be submitted by the end of January 2026. Trustees will then conduct interviews and select successful candidates.
Michael Day, chair of the Propertymark Trust Education Group, said the bursaries provide a route for individuals to gain professional qualifications and progress in their careers.
Day commented: “We are delighted to be able to extend this fantastic initiative that will provide a number of individuals with a route into qualifications that, in turn, will help underpin their future careers.
Applications for the first tranche of scholarship bursaries this year must be received by the end of January 2026, the Trustees will then conduct interviews and select those who are successful.
