Propertymark opens nominations for board and vice presidential roles

Propertymark is inviting nominations as it seeks to fill key leadership roles for the 2026/27 term, including positions on its Board of Directors and its vice presidential teams.

Prospective candidates for vice president of NAEA Propertymark and vice president of ARLA Propertymark have until Friday 6 March to submit their applications.

Applicants do not need to be an agency director or principal but must be a Propertymark member, demonstrate high professional standards and show a strong commitment to their area of practice.

Vice Presidents form the first stage in a three-year leadership pathway, progressing to President-Elect and, ultimately, division President.

Board directors play a central role in helping to set Propertymark’s strategic priorities, ensure long-term sustainability, and safeguard member interests at the highest level. Member-elected directors serve an initial four-year term and help steer the organisation through a rapidly evolving property landscape.

“Member voices lie at the heart of Propertymark’s success,” said Nathan Emerson, CEO of Propertymark. “Whether as a board director or within our presidential teams, these voluntary leadership roles allow agents to help shape the profession, elevate standards, and ensure Propertymark remains responsive to the needs of its members.”

Nominations will be reviewed by an independent panel, with shortlisted candidates progressing to a member ballot ahead of announcement at the Annual General Meeting.
